설명

Erik designed the bear at the Korkeasaari Zoo in Helsinki in 1986 since it had been voted to be the National animal of Finland in 1985. Erik phoned the zoo curator Ilkka Koivisto and asked if the bear could be drawn standing up on two legs. Koivisto replied that the bear actually rearly stood up. But when Erik arrived early next morning, both of the zoo bears stood up and curiously observed the artist’s arrival at the cage. Case closed, the artist got the preferred format for the poster.
