Ecommerce Delivery Terms

Information about the Online Store
The ecommerce products are sold by Bruun Design Oy Business ID 2024127-4. We sell products to individuals of full age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postal charges.
How to order
Products are usually ordered via the Internet at www.bruundesign.com via a shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by email, indicating the order price, shipping costs and ordered products. To receive the order confirmation, you need to notify the email address when ordering.
The customer agrees to the terms of delivery in force for each order.
Order confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation by email, where you will see:
• A reference number
• bank account
• the total amount of the invoice
Through our user account, you can check the content of the subscription.
Payment options
Bruun Design offers the following payment methods:
Payment by card. Accepted cards include: VISA, Mastercard and Eurocard. Payments are made through the Paytrail Plc website. The payment method also includes a credit transfer as an advance payment. *)
Online Payment Service. Secure Internet payment to you who are a customer of Nordea, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, Aktian, Savings Bank, Local Cooperative Bank, Osuuspankki or S-Bank and connected to the Bank’s internet services. When you pay, you will automatically be directed to signing in to your bank. Payments are made through the Paytrail Plc website. *)
Online Banking. Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is co-operating with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments. *)
PayPal payment transfer service. Payment is made easily and safely directly from your PayPal account or credit card linked to your PayPal account.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time varies by product. We will do everything we can to get the orders processed and sent as soon as possible, but no later than one week from the purchase. If it is not possible to deliver the product in time (in cases such as when a product requires framing) and the order is delayed, we will notify you by email. You may at any time cancel your order partially or completely, if we cannot deliver your order within the promised time.
Exceptional delivery times will be announced in the “News” section of the Bruun Design front page.
Delivery method and shipping
Shipping costs include postal and packaging costs. You can view delivery charges after choosing the payment method and delivery method for your shopping cart. We deliver the orders as postal packages and maxi letters, only the package can be tracked with the shipping code. We do not deliver framed works abroad because of the risk of breakage and the prints will be delivered in cardboard tubes. The price of the frames is refunded in the final price, before payment.
In case the framed graphic design has been ordered from Finland, you can choose “Pick up” for delivery. In this case, the freight charge is € 0. When “Pick up” has been chosen, our customer service will be in touch with the buyer using the e-mail address given by the buyer.
Exchange and Return Conditions
The customer has a 14 day transfer and return right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return applies only to unused and merchandise products in the original packaging.

We will not receive refunds for more than 14 days after delivery. Once the refund has been accepted, the money will be returned directly to your account after receiving and processing the refund.
Problems with shipping and defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must immediately report the error to tilaus@bruundesign.com or by post:

Notice of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be promptly returned to the post office.
Change
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer must consult the terms of delivery in force prior to their order.
Bruun Design Oy handles all customer information in complete confidentiality.
Bruun Design undertakes not to disclose customer information to a third party.
*) Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) is co-operating with Finnish banks and credit institutions as a provider of payment transfer services and as a payment service provider. Paytrail Plc will be credited to the payee by bank statement or card payment and forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc has a payment institution license. In the case of complaints, we ask you to contact the vendor first.
